How to return
Please email us at usasilverinc@gmail.com to let us know You are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including Your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.

The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope.

You may want to insure Your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when Your package was delivered to us.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving Your returned sterling silver jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from You to us.

How to exchange
We will be happy to exchange Your jewelry.

When You send jewelry back to us please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry You would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item style name, gemstone-type and the price. We will credit Your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, then charge You for the replacement silver jewelry and Your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.

If You would like Your jewelry to be exchanged faster - just order Your new jewelry online and also mail Your return jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive in 2-3 business days, and, when we receive Your returned jewelry, we will credit Your card for the amount of purchase.
